About Our Retreats

Relax, Reflect and Return Inspired...

You spend your days holding space for others - listening, guiding, supporting.

But when was the last time you had this kind of space?

Path To Practice retreats are all-inclusive and therapist centered.

They're somewhere you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and your practice, and gently top up your CPD hours

…all while being completely looked after.

This isn’t a conference, death-by-powerpoint or another seminar. It’s a beautiful, nourishing, restorative pause.

What's included...?

Unhurried days in a serene, unique countryside setting.

Peaceful nights in a picture book, decadent country mansion.

All meals are included - they're fully plant-based and deeply nourishing, super tasty too!

All hot & cold drinks and snacks are included - ranging from super healthy to super indulgent.

Creative, experiential, meaningful CPD workshops that you’ll actually enjoy.

Peer practice opportunities in a supportive, non judgemental environment.

Plus silent bookclubs, crafting activities, film nights, hot tub, soft cosy spaces, games tables, board games and a few lovely little surprises along the way too!

And of course, your CPD certificates are included.

We’ve thought of every detail, so you don’t have to!

What to expect...

Slow mornings. Nourishing connections. Deep exhale moments.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel a gentle shift into stillness.
No back-to-back sessions. No rigid schedules. Just space to breathe, to reflect, to be.

Each day is thoughtfully paced, offering a mix of connection and solitude, learning and rest.

Wake up slowly with a herbal tea or coffee and a hearty breakfast.  Wander about the gardens or curl up in the quiet reading lounge.

Dip in and out of therapeutic creative workshops that invite self-reflection without pressure.

Share laughter and conversation with other therapists who simply get it, without anyone needing to perform, compete or impress.

In the evenings, wrap yourself in a blanket in front of a film or in our silent bookclub, take some time out to wander around the gardens or bubble your cares away in the hot tub stargazing.

There’s no pressure.  Just soft encouragement to get back to yourself and your calling.

Expect cosy textures, beautiful food, therapist-led experiential CPD, nourishing conversations and deep satisfying stillness.

Who's it for...

These retreats are curated by a therapist for fellow therapists.

For trainee and qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, and therapeutic professionals who are:

🌿 Longing for rest that actually feels restorative

🌿 Wanting to reconnect with their practice in a gentle, meaningful way

🌿 Feeling isolated, creatively flat or close to burnout

🌿 Curious about new ideas, but tired of formal, rigid CPD formats

🌿 Craving connection with likeminded souls without any pressure for small talk or bravado

🌿 CPD that nurtures your whole self, not just your logbook

Whether you’ve been in practice for years or are newly qualified, this is your space to pause, reflect and top up your cup.

You give so much to others, we've created this space for you.

We create retreats that...

- Feel inviting, inclusive, and collaborative to all

- Balance meaningful CPD with real, restorative rest

- Ground us in kindness, creativity, and calm

- Holds you gently, no expectations, no judgement, just an invitation to come as you are

The Finer Details...

Our retreats are 100% alcohol free events. Please don't bring any with you. There is also a strict no smoking/vaping policy at most of our accommodation providers.

All meals, drinks and snacks are fully plant based.  Allergies can be catered for, we require advance notice (upon booking).

Prices vary depending upon accommodation type. There is a choice of en suite single, en suite super-king rooms and shared rooms with private bathrooms.

Our retreats are fully inclusive as standard and everything is included in the price you see when booking.

We nurture an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly space.   We have a zero tolerance policy on racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, hatespeech and bullying.

Accessibility varies from venue to venue, we work closely with the country house owners to ensure safe and accessible retreats. Some of the venues are centuries old and have strict development rules which unfortunately mean accessible rooms may be limited.

P2P Origin Story...

I've dreamed of putting a retreat together at various points throughout my decade long career but I've never had the time, capacity or resources to put together the show-stopper retreats I had in my minds eye.

I'm pouring my heart, soul and mind into planning and curating these retreats to make them everything I'd have ever wished for when attending retreats myself.

My vision, and what I'm working so hard behind the scenes to deliver, is for them them to be healing, nurturing, indulgent spaces and of course, have the ever important 'cherry on the top' in self care and CPD choices and opportunities.

I can't wait to welcome you one day in the future
