Every meal is entirely crafted to bring people together around the table. From freshly baked breads and colourful nourish bowls to indulgent desserts and late-night hot chocolates, we celebrate food that feels good in every sense.

    Hearty Breakfasts

    Ease into your morning with a plentiful continental spread - flaky pastries, crumpets and freshly baked homemade bread will an accompanying rainbow of jams and spreads.

    Choose from crunchy cereals, muesli, creamy plant-based yoghurts and vibrant fruit salads for those after something lighter.

    For longer retreats, we also offer cooked breakfasts as a buffet option alongside our continental choices.

    Evening Meals

    Our retreat evenings bring a little culinary adventure.

    Each night, enjoy a themed homemade meal, from Mexican feasts and comforting Italian classics to fragrant Indian curries and flavourful Chinese favourites with all the sides.

    Every dish is crafted with care and designed to bring everyone together over good food and relaxed conversation.

    Our retreats are fully non-alcoholic but for a cheeky little indulgence, join us at the complimentary evening hot chocolate station. Complete with all the trimmings to make your own cosy creation.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs and ensure every meal is as safe and enjoyable as possible for you. 

Please note, nuts, sesame, oats & gluten (and other allergens) will be present in the kitchen during your stay.  No dairy, eggs or meat will be present during our time on retreat.

All food at our retreats is prepared with care by staff who are allergy-trained and qualified in food hygiene and safety. We take every precaution to minimise risk and ensure that all dishes are fully plant-based and free from animal products.

However, as we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, guests are encouraged to make their own informed judgement about whether our retreats are suitable for their individual needs. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can do our best to accommodate you safely and comfortably.
